There is more to do other than swimming at Wang Sai Thong Waterfalls. Just across the street, you can find the Wang Sai Thong Ecotourism Office. Google map click here. Located at Moo 10, Nam Pood Sub District, Muaeng La Ngu district. Which is 28 kilometers away from Kham Paeng Municipality. About 125 kilometers away from the city of Hatyai. But actually, they will be the one to approach you the moment you arrive at the parking lot of Wang Sai Thong Waterfalls. They were accommodating and they have customer friendly services.
A pick-up will bring you to your starting point and they will also send you back after 2 to 3 hours of kayaking. This adventure cost 250 per head for adult and 150 per head for children. They offer non-stop adventure for 10 kilometers kayaking. I definitely recommend Wang Sai Thong Ecotourism for your kayaking experience in Satun. They are customer friendly and they will provide a highly experienced person to guide you. If you are not sure of your paddle skills, you can ask for their assistant to paddle for you.
We started at 9 o'clock and finished at 12 noon. It's time to have lunch and we were so hungry. Kayaking for almost 3 hours makes us so hungry. If you have to bring something, like money and car keys, you can give it to your tour guide. They have a waterproof bag for your personal belongings. Please wear your helmet and life jacket for your own safety. They will provide it.
The river has a lot of big rocks so be careful not to bump it. If you are kayaking with a group of friends or families, you can ask the guide to turn the kayak of one of your friends up-side-down. Just give them a hand signal when your friend is not watching and they will understand it. Don't worry the guide will turn the kayak up-side-down in a resting place where the water is not too deep and of course don't forget to record this event.
I tell you, it's so hard to paddle on your own, so if you aren't sure if you can do it, you can ask their tour guide to have someone to paddle for you. If it's your first time, then you should ask for assistance but make sure you try it on your own if you reach the resting place where the water current is moving slowly. You can just have fun paddling in this resting place. Don't forget to bring your sunglass, sunblock, and a waterproof camera.

Resting place, you need to rest for a while |
The best time to visit here is when the weather is hot. Summer is the best time to come here. Please avoid the rainy season, especially in July, November, December, and January. The water level is higher than usual. The water current is not normal too so they won't allow tourists to do the kayak. You have to do the weather research before planning to come here.
Note: The Kayaking company will take a photo of you for your souvenir. Please support them by buying it. The souvenir cost 100 baht.
