The Asian Cultural Village in Danok Sadao has many different parks. This is one of the tourist's destinations in Sadao Thailand. As for me, the best place is the Dinosaur Park. Asian Cultural Village is located at Samnak Kham, Sadao District, Songkhla 90320. Google map click here. The place is huge and divided into a different park. It has a restaurant, shops and even a hotel if you want to stay here. You can also ride on their minibus train look-alike for 20 baht because the parking lot is more or less 1 kilometer away from here.
Asian Cultural Village got 6 parks, opens every day from 10:00 in the morning to 10 in the evening. Some of the parks have an entrance fee and others are free. Dinosaur Park is about 1 kilometer away from the entrance and costs 150 baht for adult Thai citizen and 75 for children. As for foreigners, 300 (33 RM) baht for adult and 150 (15 RM) baht for children. They are accepting Malaysian Ringgit too. They need your passport so don't forget to bring it with you. For me, it is really expensive, the park is small and it needs to be taken care of. Some of the structures were ruined but they just left it like that. Some dinosaur structures don't roar anymore and other parts were broken.
The Dinosaur Park has a man-made mini cave that has some sensory dinosaur and a mini pond with a man-made bridge. Almost all the huge structured dinosaurs are moving their tails or heads and roaring too. You can even climb up and take a photo of some dinosaurs. Each dinosaur has a name and a description of their history and origin. In the eyes of a little child, it's really amazing. They will surely enjoy and will appreciate this park. Some dinosaur structures are huge and look so real.
The surreal dinosaur appears anytime so beware of it. It looks so real and it roars too. Even me can't touch it. It's too real for me and I was so scared of it. It will run after you or even chase you. The children were screaming while running. It's quite fun and scary. Looking at them makes me laugh so hard. Some children even cried out of fear.
Dinosaur Park is not too big, we just spend there less than an hour but the price is too expensive. The adult might not enjoy it but the kids will surely enjoy it. Better to go there with the family. The best time to go there is in the evening since it is not hot anymore. This place is full of colorful lights at night. They have a shop inside where you can buy snacks.
