The Khao Chaison Hot Spring is located at Khao Chaison, Khao Chaison District, Phatthalung. You can contact them on their phone number 074 691 590. Google map click here. It is one of the tourist's destinations in Phatthalung Thailand. They are open 8:00 in the morning to 6:30 in the evening. The entrance is free but you just need to pay for the parking lot. The price depends on the vehicle, for us we paid 20 baht for our car.

It's one of the famous tourist attraction in Phatthalung so there are many locals and tourists come here every day, especially on weekend and holidays. There's a lot of monkeys here so be careful with your things. The monkey might steal your food or belongings.

There's a lot of shop around that sells food and souvenirs. The rooms are located at the back or on the foot of the hills. You can also stay here for 300 baht for 3 hours and 500 baht for a night for an air condition room. They offered services like Thai massage for 120 baht for an hour in a fan room and 150 baht an hour for the air condition room. The massage rooms are located on the left side of this place. The mineral bathroom is 120 baht per hour and 200 baht per 1 hour for VIP treatment. You can get a foot massage for 120 baht for 45 minutes.

The hot spring pool is 40 degrees Celsius and it's free. The hot pool is good for soaking your feet. You can't really soak it for a long time because it's very hot. I guess it can even make an egg hard boiled if you put it there. I can only soak my feet for seconds, then rest awhile and put it back again.

They have also DYI foot massage that is made of the coconut fruit near the public toilet.  There's a pond where the hot water originated and it's boiling. This colored green pond is where the hot water comes from and they just control the temperature on the pool.

On the right side of the hill, you can see a rope bridge. Besides the rope bridge is the concrete-paved stairway that leads to a temple to pray for Buddha. There are benches around and cottages where you can rest.

The place is well maintained and clean. The rocky mountain serves as a backdrop of this place. It's good for sightseeing and nice view for picture taking. At the back of this rocky mountain is the Than Nam Yen Park
The best time to come here is early in the morning and late in the afternoon if you want to avoid the crowd. It's good to bring your family here for relaxing and soaking your feet in the hot pool.
