The Trang Andaman Gateway is just along the highway located at Chong Na Yong District Trang. Google map click here. A famous tourist's destination in Trang Thailand. We stopped here after our three islands hopping in Trang. This place is good for taking pictures and sight-seeing. Every day this roadside park is full of tourist and locals. This is a stopover when you travel along the main road of Trang.
They have also shops here for snacks and souvenirs. We just spend at least 20 minutes here since we drop here at noon. We can't stay longer under the heat of the sun. Only a few trees are there to shade you from the sun. Even though the place is so hot, still a lot of locals or tourists stopped here to take photos. They provide free cemented parking space for the vehicles.

There are concrete elephants structure who looks like a family and hold each other's tail for keeping the line. It looks real from afar and it's the main attraction of this place. They have a lot of concrete structures here like sea creatures, other animals, and man-made huge rocks. The park is not too big but it's very clean.
The best time to come is on a late afternoon to avoid the heat of the sun. The floors are all concrete cemented and it adds up to the hot of the burning sun. If planning to come here in a daytime don't forget to bring with you your sunglasses and hats. You can also bring your umbrella with you or anything that will keep you from the sun. This place is absolutely free of charge for the tourist and locals.

Trang Andaman Gateway is currently permanently close. The heavy flood last January 2017 affected the park. Most of the structures were devastated and ruin. We will update again when this place will open someday somehow.

We got here at noon but the sun is good for us and the clouds hide the sun. So, we took a lot of pictures in this place. It is now officially open in public and they repainted all the concrete structures and the whole place. It becomes bigger and better. They even make another park next to the Andaman Gateway but it is still closed and under construction. I notice another park at the back, I saw a lot of panda structures but I didn't go they because they are still under construction.
They are still building more shops in the middle of these parks. I can see that the whole park is under renovation. They even reconstructed the road to make the tourist visiting this place safer. The whole place is colorful, so it is so nice for taking pictures.
