Fitne Herbal Tea is my favorite tea for more than 4 years here in Thailand. I would like to give my review of this product. You will find all the information you need to know about this tea on the internet. So, I won't be discussing the product specification of this slimming tea.
I just give a brief introduction to this slimming tea. Fitne Herbal Tea is a laxative slimming tea. It claims to help in body system detoxification and it enhances a healthy and regular bowel movement. The most used ingredients are the pods and leaves of senna. The product is available in 5 flavors namely green tea, lychee, blackcurrant, chrysanthemums flavor and the original flavor on a red colored package. All of them has great taste and smell.
I have been having trouble with my bowel movement since I was young. My sister brought the red flavor trying to lose weight but she doesn't like it. So she offered it to me and I accepted it.
After drinking it I experience diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea but these are normal if you are new to drinking Fitne tea. Later on, it won't be like that. I normally drink once a day on weekdays and twice or even three times a day on weekend for 4 years.
Now my body is addicted to laxative now and I can't do my bowel movement without drinking Fitne tea. I found out later on about the danger in drinking laxative tea. Which isn't good for our body, you can find it on the internet.
Now I am trying to drink it often and later on, I hope I can stop drinking it. I am trying to change my Fitne tea into a regular green tea which is more beneficial to our body.
My nurse friend suggested that I should drink a glass of warm water after waking up and then drink my coffee first before eating anything solid food. So every day as I wake up, I drink warm water and my coffee 30 minutes after breakfast. The coffee is good for detoxification and bowel movement. So I hope my body can get away from laxative addiction. Before taking Fitne into your diet be sure to research it on the internet or ask your physician about it. I didn't say Fitne is not good for the health. I just want to remind you that "Too much of something is bad enough".
