Living in Thailand is quite hard to know some products because it's written in Thai but most products that sold in a supermarket or convenience store has an English translation. For me, I only buy food that familiar to me. Thanks to the kindness of my co Thai teacher. I learn a lot some Thai food that is unfamiliar to me.

I was sicked for a week. I have a fever, cough, and cold. After resting for a day, I needed to go back to school to teach. Although I still not feeling well I felt better than the other day. I just give my student a worksheet to do and I retrain myself from talking too much. I was on my desk when my co-teacher told me she has something for me.

She introduced me this Otago Instant Soup. It just tries the two flavors, the Spinach Egg Soup, and the Laver Egg Soup. It is oriental style freeze dried instant soup. The Otago Spinach Egg Soup ingredients are a real egg, spinach, carrot, and shiitake mushroom. It says it is low carb and low calories.

The Laver Egg Soup ingredients are a real egg, parsley, and shrimp. A small pack which is 9 grams costs 15 baht at 7 Eleven. You can also buy it for 5 packs at supermarket 72- 75 baht. It is also available in a cup for 20 baht at 7 eleven. (prices are subject to change).

How to prepare Otago Instant Noodles;

1. Open the pack and put it in a cup.
2. Just add 200 ml of boiling water and mix.
3. Cover the cup an wait for 1 minute before consumption.

It's cheap and tastes good. It is not spicy. Good to eat if you're not feeling well or on a rainy day.
