Staycation At J.A. Siam City Pattaya

Perhaps not the cheapest hotel in Pattaya but for me, it's a luxury hotel at a reasonable price. I was searching for the cheapest hotel in Pattaya and I chose this one among many recommendations. Although I am not really looking for the cheapest hotel where I can stay, mostly I was looking for a decent hotel where we can stay for 4 days and 3 nights in Pattaya.

J.A. Siam City Hotel in Pattaya offers a relaxing place for you. It is located at 3, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri Thailand. For Goggle Map click here. You can call this number for reservation or for more inquiries # 038 716 573. The hotel is quite far from the city center of Pattaya. If you ride a train from the train station, you can ride a tuk-tuk. There are no public vehicles that passing on the highway but there is a tuk-tuk who awaits passengers arriving from the train. We ride a tuk-tuk for 50 baht each person going to the Pattaya City Center.

If you come to Pattaya by Train, you can ask the tuk-tuk driver to send you to J.A Siam City Hotel. Please bear in mind that you have to book ahead at booking.com so you can save money. We got this hotel for less than 500 baht per night but when we wanted to extend for another night. It cost 750 baht when you book directly to the hotel information desk. They recommend us to book a room in booking.com to save money.

What I like about this hotel is the cleanliness of the place. The room and the toilet are wide and all the rooms were well equipped with a TV, fridge, air-conditioned, hot shower and a closet. The floor has a soft carpet. The room is wide and luxurious for me. They have a free light breakfast in the lobby. Just go to the cafe station on the corner of the lobby. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and milo/Ovaltine. There are slices of bread with butter or jam. You can eat all you can but think about other guests too. I really love this place, for 500  baht that I paid. I got a decent room with free light breakfast.

It's family-friendly too, the children can enjoy the indoor pool that is made probably made only for them. Adults can swim too but it's shallow so I can only recommend it to children. The indoor pool is not too big, just enough for the children to enjoy. If you bought a car, please inform the hotel if they can provide you a parking space. The hotel is along the highway and we just park our rented motorcycle on the side of the road. I don't know if they have a parking space at the back of the hotel but from the window of our hotel room, I saw some cars parking there.

The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. They have a pool table for billiard's enthusiasm. They have a restaurant inside but when I asked the information desk about the restaurant. She said, it's close and if I want some food, I can order via Grab Food or Food Panda and so I did. There is no restaurant near the hotel and the convenience store like 7 Eleven is around 500 meters across the road from the hotel. It's quite far on foot.
